We are passionate about building community!

Our primary focus is on doing so for seniors, but ultimately the community will be multi-generational.

We organize purpose filled and fun gatherings to provide opportunities for connection, serving others, teaching, and learning.

SaS Parties (Social and Serving)

These gatherings are filled with people of all ages coming together to serve others in ways that seniors can be part of.  We will be developing new ideas all the time based on what arises in our community and what our seniors are passionate about.  Some of the initial thoughts include packaging personal care kits for a teen runaway shelter and homeless shelters, flower arrangements to be donated to senior care homes, care packages for soldiers, dog treats for the humane society, etc..

In the midst of our service work, we’ll be fostering relationship building among the seniors and having lots of fun.  When seniors are accompanied by family members or caregivers, this will also provide an opportunity for those folks to connect and find community as well.

PoW Parties (Passing on Wisdom)

As we get to know our seniors, we will be expanding into supporting them in sharing their wisdom with younger generations.   This will include teaching, workshops, and demonstrations of whatever they are excited about!  We want our younger generations to grow in appreciating and valuing all that our seniors have to share.
